Launchpad is a charity helping end homelessness in Reading and I have been supporting them with raising much needed fundraising.

This charity event will leave you feeling refreshed, and help make brighter futures for people facing homelessness in Reading.

I will be hosting a guided meditation into a wonderful sound healing session to help ease you into relaxation.

Then there is the chance to have a swim around the lake and warm up in a sauna after.

What a better way to heal your mind body and soul as well as raising money for a great cause.
