This mini retreat is focussing on a Breathework session to re energise you, clear and blocked chakras and raise your vibrations, then will end with a relaxing soul reaching meditation and sound healing session. 

The session will be run by Becca& Claire who are both trained Sound healers, Reiki Masters and Breathework coaches. 

If you are looking to delve deeper into yourself then this 2 hour session is simply perfect for your divine calling.
